Your analogy however is not correct for my situation. A more apt analogy would be theft and talking about murder. In some cases, they could be tried as adults. Most of the SJWs seem to be to be late teens anyways so it wouldn't be much of a push. Even if they were exempt, that doesn't mean they couldn't be punished. You are not exempt from the law just because you aren't 18. They are more lenient on minors, but depending on the crime or how often they break the law they can still be tried as an adult. Even if they were completely exempt, I very much doubt the parents would just willingly allow them to continue after they are punished for their kid's actions.

dude its so much fun sueing someone for doxxing you. one of my buddies got doxxed for killing this kid over and over in Cod:mw2, of course the kid was one of those l33t hax0rs who goes around and doxxes and ddoses people. but what he didnt realize is that he is a complete idiot, me and my friend were able to basicly trace that **** back to him and he pressed charges on that little ****** . from that point, he was no longer able to touch a computer or even have one in the house until he was 18, his xbox and all other devices that connected to the internet had to have all internet capabilitys disabled and he had it marked on his permanent record, not to mention the $1000 dollar fine the mother had to pay. oh and the kid was 12. some might say that we went a little too far with the charges but he was a little **** kid who doxxes people in cod for beating him. he deserved it
