You are inferring that the person who wrote this note is female, I see no evidence that proves that. The lettering does tend to have a feminine flair to it, though plenty of men wirte with that particular flourish.

If its a legal parking space then the person driving is at fault. It's their problem if they cant drive around a corner and not swerve into a parking lane...
