Oh yeah, totally smooth. Too bad he got knocked into a sarlaac pit by accident from a blind Han Solo bumping him. If only he had a jetpack or something.
Oh wait...
Oh wait...
I remember seeing somewhere in a book that he actually escapes the pit from the inside.

Spoiler That's Star Wars "Legends" now. For all intents and purposes, he did die.
Disney also tried to say that Revan isn't canon.
You can't un-canon Revan. And you can't un-un-kill Boba Fett.
They can do whatever the **** else they want though.

good because Revan is canon and Boba Fett isn't dead and every time Disney tries to say otherwise a child dies.

There you have it folks: Disney is killing children.
In other news, go ask George Lucas what he thinks about this. I'll give you a hint he sides with Disney: the whole thing has been handed over, and it's their scene now.

Uh huh, and we don't know for sure that the Emperor is dead, but I kinda doubt they're keeping the "consciousness floating through space" thing, either.
Too bad Mace Windu killed his "father", and he had no mother since he was just an unaltered clone.
Literally, everything you said was wrong.

Really?? Like I'm all for somewhat nerdy stuff but that's just wow... I'm not sure whether to feel better about myself or feel sad that that exists.

He stuck a spear into the Jet Pack, which blasted him off. Due to no compression, it wouldn't work if he tried to activate it.

Maybe, but he wasn't intended to be that big of a character anyway. He was popularized by the community. Original trilogy Star Wars is all about lame deaths anyway, none of them were particularly dramatic.
Maybe its just me but i remember a sith lord getting thrown into a laser pit of death by his apprentice while shooting lightning with his hands.
Yeah, and darth vader´s death is one of the best scenes in all of star wars
