Not the tires. That's coming from the exhaust. I'm not 100% about how it's done, but I think it has to do with modifying the exhaust pipe length/width, and letting the engine from a bit rich. I tried googling around, and couldn't find much. It seems like most come from posts about diesel engine vehicles. Here's one of my findings; You need to login to view this link
