If you have aids/HIV and don't tell the person you have sex with that you have it. im pretty sure you're going to get arrested.
Since girl didn't specified if she had aids she gonn get arrested.
Some guy who was born with HIV had sex with girl and didn't tell until way later, girl goes to police and the guy got jail time for endangerment or something in that direction, since its a deadly disease right? too lazy to search article
