Not true. It's happening online already, but soon it will spread into the real world. They may ignore logic and reason but they have strength in numbers. When they come running with their ears covered singing "lalala check your privilege" it actually does have an effect on people. I just hope that we dont get enough of them in a position of power otherwise it can only escalate from there.

My place at a restaurant can never be threatened by SJW's.
Even if I decided to go back to IT ( **** the office ******** ) - any place worth their salt hires on merit and relevant degrees (more so the latter). Evil Corp might hire IT based on Affirmative Action, but look where that got them.
With my experience, I could literally throw out half a dozen resumes out there and make 60-70k a year. Thing is, I'd rather gouge my eyes out with a soldering iron... or make/deliver food (which is what I've decided to do these days - also, financially secure).

And while it may suck for the individuals losing their jobs over some ******** ; at least they know their employers are a bunch of morons, and have been not only provided with near-indefinite unemployment benefits, but an opportunity to look for lasting employment at a place that isn't so full of ******* .

If you categorize people by their race and then deny entry to the college because there they are of a certain race that already filled their "quota", this is literally the definition of racism.
If you have 80% of men who are more qualified for a position but you hire only 70%, you are being sexist towards the 10%.
In order to meet the quotas and % requirements, you have to segregate people based on their race, gender, sexual preference or whatever else. And then you have to treat them differently based on the category that you placed them in.
You are denying people a job due to factors that they have no control over and characteristics that have no relation on the job. This is discrimination.
For the record, there are more foreign people in my course - including myself. I'm not some kind of supremacist or a xenophobe. I just read about this ******** thats happening in US colleges and it pisses me off. Cause that **** is spreading.
