At the beginning of the video, why was she yelling "articles of confederation"...that failed hundreds of years ago and was replaced by the constitution. The articles of confederation have no effect on anyone today (as far as i know).

The Articles of Confederation gave too much power to the states.
The Constitution gave just enough.
After the Civil War the states lost all power.

Actually, the AoC gave the states the right amount. But, that was replaced behind the Founding Fathers' backs by the constitution which transferred power to the Federal government. Then, the rest of the state's power were lost in the Civil War.

You are correct, all clauses within the articles of confederation became null and void with the ratification of the constitution, state constitutions with laws that came from the articles but conflicted with the us constitution were also nulled

I'm Australian and even I know that.

This bitch has just reached a level of anti-omniscience that makes her impervious to all logic and reasoning.

It essentially formed the basis for some stuff, but other than that you are correct and it does nothing. The Constitutions (Federal and States) obsoleted a majority of that.
