Yes, the majority of food stamps go to white people. But a larger percentage of black people receive welfare and food stamps than their white counterparts.

I mean, all being fair, that also applies to Hispanics and Asians have the lowest rate of assistance. Asians also have the highest income and highest high school and post secondary graduation rates.
