the sign for douche is the tampon and squeeze under tampon used together.
its basically simulating how you use a douche. you stick it in and then squeeze the bag.
idk but I think sign language is based more around symbols (kinda like chinese characters)? As such, it makes it more efficient to have one 'base' symbol and make slight modifications for diff. meanings. Can anyone verify?
