The kissing/sex/love bases are largely different from person to person. If someone doesn't feel comfortable kissing until they feel like they love someone, that's fine too. It largely depends on what you define as "love" though... there are many different strengths of love, so you can love a person as soon as you start dating them.

Why kiss someone that you just 'like'? Makes no sense to me. I'm not exactly a touchy-feely type person, though.
