That's something people always seem to get wrong. "Wherefore" does not mean "where", it means "why". She is asking "Why are you Romeo?" Meaning "why the hell did the guy I fell in love with have to be a member of my family's arch-rivals?"

Not mad or anything. Just wanted to make sure you guys understood that.
