What I like to do when I go to parties is, first get drunk and chat, dance, play beer pong etc. Once the party dies down and people are either leaving or passed out, then you can smoke. It creates a really magic moment when 4/5 of the last standing people are outside, sharing a joint, starring at the stars and such. Once the smoking is done, order a pizza( and poutine in glorious québec) and then go to sleep.

Yes. People die on the job all the time. Why would you even pretend that's a false claim? The cause is usually a lapse in concentration or overlooking something. This is more likely to happen when one is mentally impaired, as when one is high.
I never said any of it should be illegal at home but it should be illegal at work because you are putting yourself at risk on your employer's property and on their time. Hell, do cocaine at home if you want. The issue is when this puts others at risk. Tobacco is a ****** comparison because getting your nicotine fix is not the same as being neurologically impaired by being stoned or intoxicated.
