lolollo ONLINE (12/30/2015) [-] It's humorous in the opening of each episode, but always ends on some misc. serious note, where some are more serious that others, tackling issues that, in some cases, border on depressive, "too close to home" concerns. What makes it great is the fact that it's considered one of the most socially accurate pieces of medical media with respect to how the medical field "truly is". Zach Braff's character can be a little " LoL random :3" but he's by no means 2 dimensional.
So whether or not you should watch it...a definite maybe.

Great show, was awesome for a long time, but at the end it made a nose dive into a pit of fire, and was canceled because of how bad it got- the last episode was a little redeeming though.
