This week in Religion:
> People killed
> Money wasted
> Children molested
> People lied to

Business as usual I guess.

i wonder if stem cells are how you achieve immortality. like one day a doctor walks into the maternity ward and draws a big ass pentagram in blood and absorbs all the babies to transform into a lich. i mean, without spells n stuff a lich is just a guy who can get really ******* old, but imagine a science powered lich? that would be some **** right there. would you need more baby though? like after a few years would you start aging again? you'd probably need to pop babies like zits on a greasy 15 year old. if i ever want to write a book, ill write it on the premise that obama wants to live forever to instill socialism, and attaches himself to the planet earth, and has all the citizens start giving birth, to fuel his lust for immortality, and after millions of years, earth is just a husk, filled with mutated humans constantly giving birth to power grand emperor obama, who has become queen of the hive. the story would continue as obama learns to pilot earth, and send it to new solar system to absorb more species. the species try to fight obama but socialism is too powerful. their last act is to allow obama to assimilate their planet to gain his secrets and learn how to pilot their planet, and then recreate an obama hive queen using their planet, and crash it into obama.

About the gene manipulation, how much do you think humans should munipulate that kind of stuff? It's not a matter of how much CAN we because in enough time we'll be able to do almost anything we wanted. It's a matter of should we. Like obviously we'd want to eliminate all diseases or genetic defects before they're born, but why stop there? WE could choose gender, eye color, right or left handed, even what kind of personality they'll have to a degree. Their interests like if they'll be more adept to math or science. Or we could make them better with their hands for fixing things. How much should humans control and how much should be left up to fate? It's a moral question kind of.
