I dont realy know how far the series has come but as far as I have read they have shown off the power of everyone except #13 #12 #10 #9 #8 & #1 anybody know their Powers?

I wanna think that S-Class Rank 1 is actually Saitama, or someone who exercised like him.
If it is Saitama, it's probably some long, convoluted scheme where the Hero Association made a project to create a genetic super soldier and someone let Saitama loose in the world as we have no story about his family, the family is an open canvas for the creator as we've seen literally nothing about where Saitama hails from or what his upbringing was like. If so, then the strength training must've awakened dormant powers in Saitama.

Just my own theory that I pulled out of my ass. Then again, the narrative so far talks about how everyone's been given powers except Saitama. Saitama worked for powers, but obviously no one can believe that Saitama just worked for them, with a simple strength training routine like that, anyone in real life would tell you it's not possible to achieve strength like that.
