135 combat, 8 99s, 2 of which were hard ones (Runecrafting, Smithing) a house maxed with what 85 construction can buy, qp cape (I think like 330qp or something before I quit) , and a cash stack of like 100m + about 100m in items - not that impressive for a nearly maxed account but whatever I never liked grinding money anyways, I appreciated what I had.
I start OSRS when it became free and I still play sometimes, but I'm burning out fast. I'd recommend doing the tutorial island again and getting your stats/gear started but don't commit, just do enough to get the nostalgic feeling. Only reason I kept going was because my friend and I played together. Currently 1550 total level, 113 combat and I'm sick of it already. All I do now is nightmare zone guthans afk training.

Pretty much exactly how your story went, except he was carrying obby shield/cape as well, whip, glory, zerker helm, rune platebody/legs, rune boots, back then that full set of gear was like 3.5m, and he was skulled because we had been duoing for a good 2 hours or so and made plenty of bank.
Then his mum cuts off his internet because he was playing too long, I heard this because I was on the phone to him. This happened all the time and he was gonna whinge to his mum to get the internet back, he always won but it took 5-10min of complaining. I killed him, took all of the loot, banked all while still on the phone to him. While i killed him I started describing a team of pkers just found us and were killing both of us, I started swearing my head off out of rage to make it believable because I myself was skulled/carrying a good 1m of gear/supers/sharks.
Got all his loot, he got mad too of course but he never knew what actually happened.
Fast forward 7 years or so in my last year of school, grade 12. We start talking runescape again because Jagex were talking about oldschool servers, then I remembered what I did to him, I thought I should come clean, I mean he won't care it's been 7 years he doesnt even remember his account details. I told him, didn't exactly get the reaction I was hoping for. He punched me square in the forehead, called me a ******* wanker and didn't speak to me for the rest of lunchtime. He came back like yeaah it's cool and all but what bothered him most was how I decieved him like that, and taking 3.5m off him was a HUGE deal. It took him like 2 months to make it back (call us noobs, but we were still young and bad at games).
