Why? Most people there are not paying attention to what you do because they're there to get fit themselves and after a while you won't care about the judgmental people since you will be pretty fit. I weigh 211 now when I usually weigh 190 since my stomach ****** up. I'm back into the gym now and don't care if someone thinks I'm "fat" since I'm at least trying to fix it.
> Several friends lost 100+ pounds doing DDR
> Was doing Crossfit + Abs Diet, switched to Zach Evan-Esh inspired sandbag protocol +DDR and Paleo
> Got in the lowest bodyfat I've ever been in my life
> Zach Evan-Esh protocol was density workout based on points
> You "win" if you got more points done (more exercises in less time) than previous workout
> >>#1 thinks it doesn't work
i never questioned it, i practiced this 1 1/2 years for my running excercise, i ran 10km 5 times a week (at the end i was pretty good, 10 km in 36 40) and than started weight lifting again.
Agility is more explosiveness you know
Jogging should be like maybe 1 agility point for every several stamina ones
Its like working out with heavy weights and few reps against working out with light weights and many reps, one will give you strength the other will give you stamina staminaish anyway, it gives your muscles stamina so to speak
Haha, so I can't post anything of myself because I look like a douche?
They say I'm the asshole but I've never made fun of someone just because of their looks.
if you pay attention i didnt say anything about you. i just remember when you posted this before and everyone was all over your nuts
lower your dukes m8
i dunno. i dont assume what people would sound like when i see them, just registered as a bit of a missmatch. i guess there's just a bit more grumble to your voice then i would have expected. if that makes sense. and i have no idea what an lsype is
also i didnt finish listening to your story...i pulled up the video out of curiousity. but i dont want to dump 11 minutes into it...dont get me wrong, its not like i have anything better to do. i mean i'm on FJ afterall.
Simple clear goals and improvements like a leveling up system would make everything in life so much easier. All the hours we spend grinding in games watching that little xp metre fill up to get something minor could be spent on something actually useful. It's not as simple as just doing it if that's what some of you want to say. It's hard to remain motivated when you can't notice improvements.
i really wish that people around me wouldn't put me down for trying to lose weight like my parents are disappointed in me for eating less and ridicule me when going out to exercise
Honestly if life was like a videogame and god was the creator and we could request patches and stuff, that would probs be the best thing ever, why can't a maybe existing god be cool for once, they don't need dramatic backstories, no, they just need to make the world a good place when people don't listen and patch the glitches
look at your filthy normie life, realize you could be living Normie+ instead of peasant normie mode.
achieve gains, let the fear of slipping back into peasant mode again fuel your workouts
Doing weightlifting in an old school gym is realy fun. I realy hate that high tech stuff but you go in the an old wood shed everybody helps you gives you tips is nice to you its just amazing everybody should try some
