I don't watch UFC, but it seems every time I hear about it karma is working perfecly. First Rousey kicked that girl's ass who talked **** about her dad who committed suicide, then next thing I hear is Rhonda talking trash and being a very poor sport (completely ignoring fist bump, **** like that) and gets wreckd.
If it is this consistent all the time I might consider actually watching it.
Karma? Dude she's lost 1 match lmfao. Like only 1 in her whole career. She's on videogames, commercials, ******* getting sponsored by everyone and they're mother. Losing 1 fight at the point in your life when you can retire and live comfortable really doesn't mean much. In the final fight that Chuck Laddell fought, he lost and made $500k while his opponent made less than 100 for beating him.
There's only 2 different attitudes you can take when interviewed before playing any sport, humble or cocky. Doesn't matter what you say or how you say it you will either appear as 1 or the other to the viewers. Some people like to say they'll beat their opponent and some like to say that it'll be a challenge, it's all for show really they don't care.
Not necessarily a career ending injury, but any form of injury, or just a terrible season in terms of performance. Except the last 4-5 years it kind of isn't a thing anymore.
I'm glad she lost. Not because I hate her, because I don't, but I just feel as though she needed a loss. She was getting overly confident, to be honest. Now that she's lost, she can go on and train harder and come back stronger than ever. I'm looking forward to her next match!
absolute top kek. If tapping people gloves to pad your accuracy makes you a good boxer then sign me the **** up. he's not particularly talented, but he's smart (despite the fact he literally cant read) and patient.
He's doing a very good job of pointing out why boxing's rules need revising, though. Albeit unintentionally.
That said, I still have a hard time believing Ronda could take Floyd, even in an open fight. The strength disparity is just too great, but honestly that's true of almost any male fighter.
Only if you're a piece of **** with nothing else going for yourself. 99% of trash talkers in Fight Sports are a ******* joke, the other 1% play the keep away game and drag it out for as long as possible trying to ride off of points they got for running around for an hour before bragging about how they're a superior fighter while both are virtually unscathed
That's a good strategy though. Don't forget "Slapsy Maxie" 222 wins, 42 losses in his career playing for points. It's not flashy, but points win matches and if you win by points, you were still the better fighter in the match.
Aaron Pryor vs. Thomas Hearns, two boxing legends go at it. Watch the end of the match and how friendly they are with each other. Once the bell rings, there's no hate. Similar to the end of the Mike Tyson vs Trevor Burbick match. Just depends on the fighters.
its a sport not the wwe they should act like professionals and seeing a trash talker get his words force fed to them by the more mature athlete is satisfying
Thank god Rousey didn't touch gloves at the start of the match, it made it so satisfying to watch her get kicked in the face.
I'm happy somebody made such a fool of her, I'm sick of Rousey and her horny fanclub.
She's the 'bad bitch' type, you know, the one that everyone hates? So. You know. Good thing she got her ass beat like she deserves. Hitting hard is barely a quarter of UFC fighting.
Where did all this come from? I'm not exactly a fan, but I've seen plenty of stuff shes done and this is the first time I've seen her do something even remotely close to this
Watched this fight at a friends house knowing nothing about ufc fighting. Everyone was being super obnoxious and loud about how Rousey was going to **** on Holmes, figured I'd go for who I perceived as the underdog, so Holmes because no one in the house was showing support for her. i said nothing the whole fight, when Rousey finally got rekted everyone lost their **** and I just sad there with the biggest **** eating grin. My friend lost a hundred dollars that night, so much schadenfreude
She kinda deserved it. With each win she gets, she acts more and more like a stuck up arrogant bitch. She used to be likeable then she started getting some massive ego and just way too confident in herself.
**anonymous used "*roll picture*"** **anonymous rolled image**she needed to be humbled. She was acting like the bully she's always wanted to be. Now if Aldo knocks out Mcgregor all will be right in the balance of the world
