Lets be honest with ourselves, is geology really so inferior to physics in anyway? of course not. but of course the morons they have for writers dont care and will pass these cheap insults off as comedy.

One could say it is. Does it matter to the human races future if we know everything about the higgs boson, or if there will be a massive earthquake near a major city? They both matter and they're both important. To insult one or the other is very dumb.

That was the point indeed.
Sheldon finds every science he isn't involved in inferior. This is not just things outside of physics, but rather everything outside of antimatter/unified field theory/string theory.

In my honest opinion: I really liked the show but I stopped watching because the jokes got repeated all the time.

Using your example of "electrician."

If I say electricians are useless all the time, later my house's circuit board is fried. Then I realized that I need to hire an electrician to fix my house. I am dissing someone's job that I can't even handle my job. That's irony I was talking about.

And do people use fictional sitcoms to apply that humour onto real life? It's funny because when things are simulated inside a fantasy world.

If comedies actually happened in real life, it would be considered as an unfortunate event.

For example, in Mr. Bean, if an adult man acted like that in a comedic fictional setting, it would be hilarious. If it an adult man did that in real life, it would be either creepy or sad, nobody should be laughing at a mentally handicapped person.

Another example would be a kid talking back against an adult or heckling a class would be considered as funny because "children are not supposed to act like that," that's why it's funny. But if a kid did do that in real life, that kid is rude and a jerk, it wouldn't be funny.
