It's built up my back, arms and stomach. Mostly my stomach, but I'm seeing a change over a lot of my upper body. It's most fun when you have a buddy to do it with, because you need to keep your back straight, and try and hold that position for roughly a minute(depending on your level of starting fitness) when you start. So if you have a fitness buddy there, you can have them watch your back, and you theirs. And you can laugh in their ******* faces when they collapse and you keep going.

Pretty sure Goku and Vegeta can canonically destroy a sun. I mean, in the one of the newer newest? movies he had a fight with a god of destruction who definitely destroys stars.

This is apparently actually a rather common question. Common enough that google autofilled it for me.

Anyway, there's a bunch of things that I would say mean yes they can. For one, they destroy planets and such literally effortlessly. It's one of the first things we see Vegeta do, and their power level gets so inconsistently high that it's just not even funny anymore. Also, one of the villains (Cooler) was threatening to destroy the sun and let everyone freeze to death, and they managed to stop him. So it stands to reason that if Cooler could do it, they could too.

If I remember correctly Cooler isn't canon. So whether that's an actual legit thing that can happen in the story I don't know. Also comment #241 summed it up pretty well.

I guess we won't know though. Since cooler may have had the power specifically meant for freezing stuff, doesn't mean that goku and vegeta can get even close. Remember it is the sun. And sure, they can destroy planets, but the sun is "about 109 times the diameter of Earth" and weighs "333,000 times as much as Earth." (quotes taken from coolcosmos.ipac.caltech.edu/ask/5-How-large-is-the-Sun-compared-to-Earth- )
So I guess this can't be solved with just thinking.. We may need to wait for the creators to actually reveal some more intel before this can be thought of as a discussable question.
