Remember this?. "People don't forget, Nothing get's forgiven".. This game is basically the only reason I kept my Xbox 360 after converting 100% to PC gaming. I'd still rather get Red Dead on PC instead of GTA5. feels dead mans gun is sad

I always felt that the cutscenes were a little awkward without music, but I guess that's a personal preference. The ride to Beecher's Hope after the shootout with Dutch was pretty awesome with that song though

I don't know, I like the technique there. Something I learned in high school, while watching No Country for Old Men, is that music during scenes often denotes how the audience should feel. If that's the case, it could be that Rockstar was leaving the cut scenes to be interpreted by the gamer, and that they could judge the characters themselves. I find subtext most intriguing
