There is a new edition where they tell you how to interpret it, point out all the illogic and gernerally tell you how to think themselves, and it is banned in some countries, but not most. You can always get the original and read for yourself from the internet. I just read that in the news myself a day or two ago, so I know where you're coming from

Mein Kampf is not being sold in germany, they will change that soon, but wherever they got it, not true, what they mean is maybe with comentary aka not really... its not a good book anyway

It is technicly being sold , older versions or the ones bought outside of germany are completly legal to sell , buy and own. The only problem is that bavaria has a copyright on the book and by this way the printing and mass selling of the book has been prohibited.
Again because of some ridiciouless copyright claim.
