I live in Hawaii, I see stuff like this all the time.
One day, I'll make a Hawaii Comp, for people interested in Hawaii.
I'll also do maybe a FAQ, if people are interested.

DO IT, I have been on vacation to Hawaii a couple times and I love it every single time I go, maybe could you make a comp about how it is to actually live there?

Lilo and Stich was the closest Hollywood got to depicting Hawaii. It's still a stretch, but closer than anything else I've seen.
Especially the way they're house looked; if you live in the rural parts of the outer islands.
Their pidgin needs work though.
#12 to #11 - hapasan (09/12/2015) [-]
By stuff I mean beautiful beaches and nature scenery.

You know, I went to Hawaii a few months ago. I live in Florida.
Before I went, I assumed Hawaii would be just like Florida. Touristy, "tropical," hot, things like that.
When I told people from Hawaii that I was from Florida, the majority of them told me they always thought it was just like Hawaii.

They are nothing alike. Hawaii is goddamn beautiful. The natural colors are brighter, the beaches are nicer, the people are awesome; I've been all over Florida and there's nowhere near as beautiful as Hawaii was. 10/10, I totally see why people call it paradise.

Gonna sub and wait for that FAQ. You have my support.

Damn, the pressure is on now. There is plenty of stuff to put, so I would have no problem with material.
These were some topics I brainstormed:
-Food
-Culture
-Hawaiian History, Legends, Ghost Stories, etc.
-Places of Interest, Neat locations
-Personal Stories
-Activities
-FAQs

User avatar #54 to #5 - hopporto ONLINE (09/12/2015) [-]
Its edited with a tilt shift filter, makes it look like a miniature model.

There are a lot of paths that look like that in Japan. Really beautiful hiking trails and temples/shrines. That picture is a bit edited, but still.

I've actually been here. Hakone is incredibly gorgeous, it's a little mountain town just west of Tokyo with great views of Mt. Fuji and hot springs and stuff. If you're ever in Japan I highly recommend going there.
