I actually had a breakthrough in identifying the differences in black people a few years ago. It was a news article calling a movie racist for making the evil villain black and saying they made him look just like Obama. Well I stood and looked at the two pictures for a good two minutes, almost thinking they were pretty similar, before I started to realize all of those tiny differences that really differentiate them. I never opened that clickbait article (it was a CNN one) but I did learn something that helped me a lot.

Also as an American I get surprised when I see some distinctly Russian people in Russia because I forget that that specific racial appearance is common in Russia. It's why I like what America stands for as a nation of immigrants. So long as you don't infringe upon the freedoms and rights (this includes law and saftey, I could explain that if you don't understand why that is) of another citizen you get just as much leeway as everyone else.
