Quit Smoking Week 2


Week #2 without smoking starts tomorrow and I must say that I chose the wrong time for it. Retards are out aplenty during the holidays and dealing with these assholes at a video game store without something to calm my nerves has been hell. On the plus side, when someone was nice and not being a douchbag I would take a few bucks off their purchase. It pays to be nice. But at the end of the day no matter how ****** people can get, I can proudly say I haven't had a smoke.
My mom suggested sucking on cinnamon sticks to take the urges away and it has worked. They tastes better, they last a long time and my urge to smoke has been cut in half.

Good luck, man

I've had several attempts to quit and lasted up to 3 months but once it becomes a hobbit for 12 years, ****** hard... I really don't feel the urge, but it's so integrated into everything else (like waiting for the bus, after a meal, never had coffee or beer without one, etc.)

But you're probably a better man than me. Most are.

The down side is that I can smell things better and the videogame store I work at attracts lots of stanky mother ******* . Whats that **** coroners put in their nose?

Peppermint concentrate works really well.
I used it all the time in dissection labs.

Stay strong man, im in my second week aswell tho the lack of sleep is getting to me.
im thinking some sleeping pills might do the trick. trying to keep social contact with others to a mininum seeing as i am angry 100% of the time. hope it passes over soon. Tarkus Help me now!

My recommendation would be:

Use nicotine patches. They work man. And chew gums all the time, regular pricy gums.
Its not gonna be an easy road.... Ive almost killed someone while quitting...
