I'd like to say I think this image is fake or rigged.
I've been observing injured penguins with sweaters for at least 15 years now, and have never seen more than 2 penguins with different sweaters lined up in a row.
I heard of a story of a guy who went observing injured penguins with sweaters and found 3 unique sweaters in a perfect line, but I found that hard to believe.
These sweatered penguins were either tamed or trained, or sedated and had unique sweaters knitted for them for fun. It's sad either way.
