 Either alot in a short period of time or acuumulated stress over time can exhaust your adrenal glands. You need those things in working order, otherwise you won't be able to do a single thing.   
   
Siberian ginseng strenghten your glands, making you better equiped to deal with the modern world. Taking it will seriously help you in your studies. Check it out

I have absolutely all the symptoms after I googled the adrenal fatigue except weight gain

Well, adrenal fatigue is when the part of your body that controlls stress levels - Have troubles doing just that....Everything cause stress, in different ammounts, even fun activities....When you have adrenal fatigue, mundane activities that took no effort before suddenly become strenuous. Only thing you can do is to give your adrenal glands some breathing room, so that they may recover....Keep your stress levels low, but don't force yourself to relax. Playing video-games is generally a bad idea, because of the mental effort required. But an mmo might be okay due to the mindnumbing repetition, use your own judgement for what is and isn't okay for your glands.....And be patient, your state of mind affects stress levels. But don't force yourself into a particular state of mind either, that will only generate more stress.
A break from work/studies will be a more efficient use of your time than to just force yourself through....Believe me, i've tried. It only makes it worse

Adrenal fatigue is a mental ilness with psysical sympoms. (Though not officially recognised as an illness.) I may not be a professional doctor or therapist, but i think my advice will help you....Feel free to consult someone professional, since i am after all just a stranger on the internet XD

I know exactly how that is. Sought help for it. If a particular activity causes you so much stress and anxiety that you cannot bring yourself to do it, even if it only requires a few hours of work and concentration (finishing a paper, studying, going to class, meeting someone, cleaning your disgusting room - etc) you might be suffering from any of the following: PTSD, ADHD, anxiety disorders,thyroid imbalances etc. A counselor can easily set you on your path and a few dietary supplements and minor lifestyle changes can greatly improve your situation.
