That shit makes sense. Kids will easily wonder off, the the little shits can just bob and weave through crowds because of how small they are. It's fucking scary to turn away for just one moment to buy something in the store, and look back to find you kid wondered off. Having that kind of thing for a little kid makes a lot of sense. Shit, I would use them on my Teenager just to keep him from trying stupid shit, like buying a fedora.

Carrying a dog seems weird though.

> dogs wear a leash because we dont want them to run away and get lost (we love them too much to lose them)
> kids wear a leash because we dont want them to get kidnapped or to run away and get lost (we love them too much to lose them)
> dogs are carried when they are scared, hurt or because we love them
> kids are carried when they are scared, hurt or because we love them

If your let your dog down and it bites someone, you're fucked. We're basically comparing dog's personalities with toddlers.

kid leash actually makes a lot of sense in an airport because they can easily get lost in a crowd and be abducted. anywhere else is retarded though.

you can get easily lost and abducted in any crowd

Only in America will you find people against abortion because it's wrong to kill, but at the same time is for death penalty.

Nah it's a joke, you'll probably find them anywhere

I've been thumbed to hell too many times because people get butthurt so I like to play on the safe side. And by them I meant people wanting death penalty and abortion.

Parenting isn't that easy. So only make a kid, when you're ready for it. Please.

Some kids really deserve to be walked on a leash, these days...
But most of the time their parents too
User avatar #31 - aralahkian (03/13/2014) [-]
Well there a few reasons. I remember we used to put a leash on my sister because we thought letting her was good practice (she was only a few years old) but she also liked trying to run out into the road with oncoming cars. So in this case the leash was for safety reasons because her parents cared about her.

To me this shows that the man carrying his dog cares more about the dog than the man with the child cares about his kid
User avatar #26 - tkuja (03/13/2014) [-]
the dog is scared / tired / ill

the child is also these things but it has the grit and determination to go on

i used to think that child leashes were dumb but over time i realized that they are good for everyone involved
if you go out in public with your child you need constantly hold its hand or carry it so that the little fuck wit does not wander off and get lost this is can be frustrating for the child because they are pinned to their parent's side
with the leash the child has more freedom to walk around and the parent does not need to worry about it wondering off

last week me and my friend were at gamestop, and there was a woman with an xbox and games in a stroller and had the kid walking around.

Implying that a vehiclecars, bicycles, every vehicle in the world that can fit one and a half humansis not worthy of being a carrying device

Just the other day when I went to go see my friend at his work I saw this couple with a child walking by with a stroller. dad was carrying the kid while the stroller was occupied by mommies purse
User avatar #2 to #1 - mrgoodlove (03/12/2014) [-]
Well sometimes if your baby is crying, it's better to carry him. And as you probably know, women keep a store worth of makeup in their purses, so she probably set it down for a moment to get some relief from that shit.
