Because they were brought here as slaves, but even after slavery was abolished discrimination did not allow blacks to hold any decent jobs until about half a decade ago, so they were all basically poor. And even if blacks aren't facing the same issues today, the poor are often trapped in an endless cycle of poverty. That's because economic and educational opportunities are absolute **** in comparison to the ones that upper and middle class have. In a competitive world disadvantages like those will always damage economic success. So of course blacks are going to experience unusually high levels of disease and crime, because those issues are always results of poverty. And don't pull that "even without poverty blacks are still inferior" bull. Look at middle and upper class blacks. All the rates you've shown are comparable to whites when you don't include the poor. But here's another, simpler argument. If black people are naturally inferior, then how are some able to become successful politicians, doctors, businessmen, etc.?

Some could be, SOME, but in the matters of the collective they are bad. Look at the example of St. Louis. When a man want's something done he will do it, if he does not want to do it he will make an excuse.
