the present skill levels up as you acquire children the children perk. skill-points are available trough money and community-sense. you can grind it by being a decent human-being/parent. some people like this "life" game, i give it a 6/10 due to unreasonable standards, difficult character customization and vague quest-lines...

Here is my experience of the last time I was pulled over:
Friend is driving, she is on suspended license (why you not tell me?!?) I have to chime in due to Michigan laws that I'm a CPL holder. I say "Sir, I have a concealed weapons permit, and I do not have my pistol on me." He proceeds, "Yeah? Well I have my glock blach blah blah on me, blach blah blah, insert something snarky and unpleasant here"
******* pieces of **** . If you're gonna have a law telling me I have to inform you that I am a CPL holder every time I am talking to you in an official status, then don't act ****** towards me like I'm threatening you or something. It's YOUR stupid ******* law. **** you.
