There's literally nothing saying that this is illegal, so go ahead and do it, ain't nothing they can do since they:
Knowingly went out in public wearing that
and Knowingly showed their Whale-Tail
So no, it's not illegal. And I did do my ******* research.
not true, you have no expectation of privacy in public places. You can absolutely take pictures of public places, but you can't tell someone they're not allowed to do so if they happen to be there.
She has no expectation of privacy, and it's her fault to sport a whale-tail in a public store. Anyone and everyone is allowed to snap a picture of that fine ass.
Nope. In Canada it's illegal to take photos of people without consent, even in public. If you're taking a picture of a building and they happen to be in the backround, you can legally hang on to that photo but if you want to put the photo somewhere public, you have to get their consent first.
Why does everything think the instant you say anything about any place they instantly thing you're talking about America?
Correct, but if the girl requested that he delete the picture, he is legally obligated to delete it as per her right of privacy, regardless of the fact that she was in a public place at the time.
If she told him to delete it and he didn't he can be charged for deflemation of character and sexual harassment, among other things.
wtf? There is not some stipulation in the law that says "You cannot take photos of people without their consent...unless you're a celebrity. Too ******* bad for you."
There is, if you're living in Germany. If you're a public figure, people can take pictures of you. Not in your own home or something like that but if you're on the street
You can take picture of someone in a public place, it's not against the law to do that. If you go into a public area you don't have the privacy you had if you were in your own home, hence, public. However if they ask you to delete said photo, you are obligated to do so.
