Certain characters cant die, like if you go on pc and console command kill one of the civilians they mostly die but if you do it to your wife or one of the power armor guards at the gate they just fall and get back up.
Also I'm pretty sure console commands before you become unfrozen caused me to become literally frozen/glitched after coming out of the pod. But i only have 3 reruns to support that and didn't pay attention to much else except using console commands.
