How much is a set of 100 plastic quarters, and would a vending machine accept it?

A reason why I'd say the plastic ones are more expensive the game

Probably not, the plastic would be too light weight

Depends on the machine, older machines and ****** newer ones aren't sophisticated enough to consider the weight of the coin and thus relies entirely on size to tell value.

Trust me, I have gotten a lot of free bubblegum with wooden 2 Kroner coins.

It has been explained before. Children steal real money and it is unhygienic to give to toddlers. Plastic money would outlast real money about 10 times as children wont steal it.

very convincing argument, children wont steal it, its not bad for toddlers and they outlast real money about 10 times

... cant be only me that sees this are arguments to get rid of the pennies already xD

Yeah, God forbid they'd steal the massive amount of 1 dollar.

Hey, 1 dollar can buy a kid some candy, and that's usually all it takes to motivate a kid to steal.

Why not just steal the candy itself then? If you're old enough to walk to the store and spend a dollar without getting questioned by your parents, you're also old enough to just grab a lollipop and stuff it in your pockets.

Usually it's right in the moment when the kid steals, I mean like, if the kid is closer to the dollar, he will steal the dollar, and if the kid is right in the middle of the candy isle, he will steal the candy, but that's just what I think.

Well, no, not really. Just because they are priced that much doesn't mean they're worth that much, or will even sell for that price.

So you're saying something sold at that price won't necessarily sell at that price?
