This is a Taser. **** these guys. I hate them. They don't have much armor, but their tasers freeze you in place and make you fire your weapon sporadically. After 10 seconds of Tasing, you go down.
Threat Level: 3
How to kill: Same as any Swat trooper, but be more careful.

These are Cloakers. They are best known for their one kick incapacitation, and their victory screech preceding their foot hitting your face. They drop in from vents and through manholes, and proceed to **** **** up.
Threat Level: 5+
How to kill: Since they operate like normal SWAT at a distance, and don't flip-kick you until they get close, kill them while they are far away. They have a x6 headshot multiplier and 2x the Health of a Taser. And to quote the a Cloaker: "Next time, check your corners."

Oh come on, you believe that **** ? For **** sake, he stays at spawn half the time and is stuck there for the rest of the heist! All you need is grenades and he's bloody dead! Is this what Overkill expects to give us the absolute wankers!Stop making new content Overkill you absolute idiots...Instead... GIVE US NEW CONTENT

Winters and the Headless Bulldozers will be in my next and final Enemy Comp. Then I'll move on to some other Payday stuff, either weapon reviews or Builds.

They were in the Safehouse Nightmare map on Halloween 2014. One of them was the Headless Titandozer. 2x more health than a Deathwish Skulldozer. And no Headshots.

well, headshots aren't impossible on titandozers, but extremely difficult. theres a small bit of spine at the head stump that has the headshot multiplier

yeah all he does is stand at an inconvenient spot where you can't get close without sacrificing cover, and is only surrounded by 8 other guys with mega shields so even your sniper has to kill at least one person from a safe distance before being able to snipe the captain, and it's not like grenades are piss useless against him.

What are you ******* playing on, Hard?

I play Overkill on every loud heist apart from Cook Off,Rats, and Watchdogs. I do Deathwish on them. Who the **** plays on hard?

He and his troops can only lose 10% of their health per shot, making Snipers useless. I've never fought him, but he sounds like a pain.

I hate tasers more than I hate cloakers and shields, and that's a lot. For some reason it feels like they're much tougher to kill I mostly use a Matever revolver and a light machine gun than a regular swat, or even a cloaker. Even if you shoot them until they fall down, they will get back up after a moment. They're like ******* cockroaches.
