Depends on how you look at it. The daughter seems reasonable enough, so maybe the mother actually did a good job initially.

it could also be the case that her mother didn't do a good job, and that made the daughter strive to be something better.

Everyone's different. I consider my (and all others) body to be sort of sacred. I am very, very atheist, but I just think that intimacy should be just that. Intimate. Special. Not just something you do for ***** and giggles or because you're drunk and sad.

Yeah, I get you. I used to feel the same way, and would probably have described it the same almost word by word. I'm still like that with sex; I can't even enjoy it if it isn't special, if there is no connection beyond raw attraction. But kisses have become less significant.

It has everything to do with it. At 18, it's possible she hadn't even finished High School. Even if she was finished High School, she wouldn't have had a college/university education or any skills at all, therefore she wouldn't have had a stable job, and therefore not financially fit to have a child, and that's assuming that she was mentally mature enough to have a child.

TL;DR She wasn't ******* ready for it

who the **** are u to gudge every 18 year old ? if she's for example in a relationship with a person for couple of years and they decide to have a child and keep studying, while her mother or grandparent or whatever takes care of the child while they're at school then whats wrong with it ? in russia a lot of "skanks" have children at 18 yrs of age and its considered normal and most the people do chose that for themselves. So don't try to be a smartass and judge every 18 yr old with a child.

If the mother of the 18 year old or the grandmother is taking care of the child, then the 18 year old isn't being a parent, the grandparents are. They wouldn't have enough time to stay in school and take care of their children at the same time. Why do you think so many teen moms drop out of school?

If you're using daycare, then you obviously are self-sufficient and have financial stability. Leaving a child at your parent's place for free means none of this.

No, but my point with that is that a daycare requires funds. If you can afford a daycare, you can certainly afford to take care of a child. Leaving a child at a parent's doesn't necessarily mean that you aren't financially stable, but my initial point was that a girl fresh out of high school is not going to have funds to take care of her child. Therefore, the grandparent thing is irrelevant.

Funds have nothing to do with having a child, she can also have a boyfriend who works fulltime while she can home school to get her degree. Basically what you're saying is that if you dont have money then you can't start a family, retard logic m8 ;) even if you have finished school there is no guarantee that you'll get a job and a stable income.

Of course you can't start a family if you don't have money. You would be ******* retarded to think otherwise. How are you going to feed the child? How are you going to afford housing for the child? School supplies? There are so many factors. So yes, you need money to start a family. Same goes for people who can't find jobs after finishing school; they shouldn't have a child if they know they can't support it financially. And as for the father thing, I'm assuming that in most cases the father is around the same age as the girl, meaning he is in the exact same situation. If they have a full time job, I would think they should have better things to do than go around knocking up high school girls.

You know m8, stay as narrow minded as you want, i dont know where u live but not every country is the same. The FACT is that not every 18 yr old girl is a skank and if she has the responsibility to take care of a child then she can have one, i also really dont have any need to prove anything to a kid with 0 experience on that topic )

Are you serious? How many people you know are responsible enough at 18 to take care of a child? Most of them can't even take care of themselves. It's not only the financial part (although this is huge too, there aren't a lot of financially stable 18 years old), it's the life experience and education. Of course a person CAN ( as in "is allowed") to have a baby at 18, but this doesn't mean they should. Chances are, the baby will not be educated and taken care of properly. Besides, having a child and taking care of him at this age would **** your life pretty bad. You can say goodbye to your carer and social life and you will basically loose your youth.

Alright, but two more questions for you:
1. Why is teen pregnancy considered a problem that I would assume most countries are trying to reduce?
2. Why do you think that when custody of a child is exchanged in court, the person who receives the child must be financially stable?

Sure, I don't have first-hand experience on the matter, but I'm sure the people who came up with those two ideas do.

1. I think the problem here is unwanted teen pregnancy, irresponsible actions that lead to a girl getting pregnant without first thinking about it.
2. That's not the only factor considered, if the father has a drinking problem but is very wealthy and the mother lives of a minimun loan and has a crappy job, she is still getting the child. (if u get a child in europe u also get a social loan without working so u always have a stable income)
User avatar #103 to #102 - applelemon
Reply 0 123456789123345869

1. That is true.
2. This is also true, but I don't think a girl would be able to work, take care of a child, and continue school. Thus, by having a child at that age, she is limiting her potential, and reducing the potential of quality of life for the child. And I guess the difference between your country and mine is that social welfare. While it exists in Canada, I'm honestly not too sure how long you can have it for.

Anyways, I can see your point now, and it's not too ridiculous. No hard feelings?

Ugly girls get dick as well. This is because of a magnetic transmitter located in the female's uterus which activates when the female does, well, really anything you can imagine. It's always active. The 'femagnet' works in such a way that it sends signals to the brains of nearby males, urging them to activate the larger part of their brain (the part that handles sex), and in turn releases the spring which normally keeps the male's penis retracted and flaccid. The high levels of iron in the penis (now sprung, causing the male to emit animalistic noises and grin foolishly) consequently pulls it toward the most convenient passage to the female's uterus, namely the vaginal aperture, and engages in systematic movements akin to a great piston pumping oil through a machine. The male is powerless in this penile endeavour, forcedly content to watch as he is lured to child support or even worse, marriage, under the effect of the female's chemical weapons.

It's just science.

Step 2: Pretend/really **** him every chance you get when your mom is around. Use protection if you're really ******* with him.
Step 3: Tell her you're pregnant.
Step 4: Watch **** hit the fan. Use argument "you were pregnant with me at 16 and told me to go get a boyfriend already, so I did."
