I feel like there are a lot more bits to choose from, as as the size variations are more recognizable with drills. Besides, drill is a lot more accurate since that's about what a screwdriver does to you, if you make it right

The funny part is that he replaced unhealthy drink with another unhealthy drink. It's not a juice, but a cocktail so it basically means it's mostly sugar and water.
