So on a scale of 1 to 10 tattoo people of FJ how would you rank this?

Apparently took a year and four sittings for that thing to be completed.

We talking tattoos?! I got my first one in november. Plan on getting 2 more soon.

It's the soundwave of burping and farting.
#32 to #31 - joeyisheres (01/05/2016) [-]
Close. My brother died when I was 6, and I found an old video of him talking about me when I was a baby. The exact quote is "I calmed him down".
User avatar #34 to #32 - vladi (01/05/2016) [-]
Because he was burping and farting too much. That's babies for ya.
#35 to #34 - joeyisheres (01/05/2016) [-]
He wasn't the baby.. I was. You seem confused.
User avatar #36 to #35 - vladi (01/05/2016) [-]
You were one nasty baby, you.

Oh **** . That's ****** awesome. Better than my plan.
#45 to #42 - joeyisheres (01/05/2016) [-]
What's your plan?
User avatar #46 to #45 - viscerys ONLINE (01/05/2016) [-]
A stamp over the scars on my arm saying "Damaged Goods"

Stupid **** , but it means **** to me. Probably not gonna get it in the end.
#47 to #46 - joeyisheres (01/06/2016) [-]
If you want it, get it. It's as simple as that. At the end of the day, if you like it, it's just as good as any other tattoo.
User avatar #15 - PurpleMonkster (01/05/2016) [-]
That's cool and all, but that tattoo is going to age like a bitch. It's going to be so smudgy and just black. Hopefully he'll enjoy the 3-5 years he'll get out of it before it turns to mush.

No tattoo ages well.
User avatar #20 - bakinboy (01/05/2016) [-]
not what i would get personally, but still a better tatoo choice than most of the generic unoriginal **** people put on their bodies
#22 to #20 - anon (01/05/2016) [-]
do you need to be original thou?
#23 to #22 - captainbalu (01/05/2016) [-]
No but dndelions whose seed transform into birds are neither original nor beautiful
User avatar #29 to #23 - syntheticdoll (01/05/2016) [-]
I have classmate who got exactly that tattoo and kept on bragging how awesome her tattoo was. I wanted to ask for ***** and gigles "oh, what does it symbolises, or what was the idea behind it" just so i can hear some dumb answer like "well i googled "cool tattoos" and i liked this one".
Seriously, it's okay if it's not perfectly unique but then at least have a reason besides "lol it looks cute and my gf has one too"
#43 to #29 - skebaba ONLINE (01/05/2016) [-]
What other reason do you need than "because I felt like it"?
User avatar #44 to #43 - syntheticdoll (01/05/2016) [-]
There's a differnece between "it was so ******* beautiful i wanted to cry" and "well everyone has it and it looks so nice, i'm gonna get one so people will think i'm sophisticated because dandelion seeds turning into birds are ******* poetic"
It's like that infinity símbol with "life" ,"dream" or whatever written in it, it COULD be much more creative with a speck of effort but then it wouldn't be so trendy.
User avatar #6 - fatminion ONLINE (01/04/2016) [-]
amazing arse. e^(2i - 5x) / sqrt(5.5^(-i + 2)) would ****

Say, would it be logical to tattoo medical info (allergies, previous injuries, past surgeries) on your back? Maybe in UV ink for security?

User avatar #28 to #3 - runapuff (01/05/2016) [-]
I've actually been thinking about that myself. If you don't get into an accident that harms the tattoo it might be good to have, so long as you can live with it on your body.
User avatar #38 to #28 - scowler (01/05/2016) [-]
Medical Tattoos sound like an under-appreciated idea. I wonder if there'd be nay money in it if one were to advertise the advantages. Hell, I'm surprised people don't have dating info (personality traits and such) Tattooed on them.

Utility Tattoos need more appreciation. This is coming from someone who's generally disdainful of Tattoos...

I'm a diabetic, and I go on a lot of runs at night. If case I have a seizure while I'm out there alone, I'm getting my diagnosis tattooed on my wrist soon. Most paramedics check there for a medical ID bracelet.

**anonymous rolled image**niiiiiceee..what is it?
#33 - nemodiego (01/05/2016) [-]
I personally wouldn't want that on my body. That being said, I can still appreciate the delicate linework and the crazy amount of detail.

If you're gonna get it done, get it done right, and this dude found a good artist.
User avatar #26 - langweilig (01/05/2016) [-]
i think its pretty stupid but hey to each his own. you get tattoos for you so go him if he likes it thats all that matters

At first I thought it's his spine tattooed up there, along with the important things about it's parts

Then the bottom of it gave it away
User avatar #9 to #4 - iamnotgoodwithname (01/05/2016) [-]
you mean your spine doesn't have thrusts on it?
