I don't know, man, just try all of your surgical tools until you get the "you did the surgery correctly" chime. It's the most efficient way to do surgery, any doctor can tell you that.

In the archive, she lists what games she based the comic on, and you can click on the name of the game to get a list of all the comics she's made based on that specific game, dood
They had some of the systems like bullet count, and taking more damage because of that. Or getting badly hurt that you have to pop your leg back in. Would have been cool to go back to ACC or Medical Bay for doctors to fix you right up. Also Konami didn't make Metal Gear, Kojima and his team did. RIP Kojima Productions, such a great team.
There is almost no reason to remove a bullet. It's far more dangerous to perform surgery on someone to get a bullet out than to leave it in Just ask President Garfield unless there's some kind of issue, like #10 said.
I agree. Performing surgery generally increases the chances of infection, which is usually a much more dangerous circumstance than simply leaving a bullet in.
Quite a bit. Usually just for computer-related conversations, sometimes music, very very very often for ******* FURRY FELLATIO and sometimes for things like this.
If i recall the reason we stopped using it for civilian ammunition is hunting if ******* rekt the wildlife. And I mean ****** their populations up, or at least the detritivores, specifically condors. So we found out when animals eat the corpses of other animals that have been shot with lead ammunition they bio-accumulate lead or it can bio-magnify through the food chain, causing problems specifically in predators closer to the top of the food chain or carrion feeders.
as a gunsmith in training i'll tell you right now that's very far from the truth.
you can buy special lead free rounds but most bullets are solid lead or copper plated lead and if you really want nice go get solid copper bullets or silver but you'll pay a lot to get them.
its not necessary at all...
sanitation has nothing to do with it.... since bullets are sterile.
the only reason bullets are removed is if they are close to a major blood vessel/organ and could shift and cause death.... if its embedded into an inch of but (for example) most of the time they would just leave the bullet in.
