This was actually the beginning cut scene from the video game. Batman was conducting an interrogation with Joker, and Superman literally burst through the wall, threw a table and slammed his arm through Joker's chest frame. If you ask me, that ****** pretty ****** brutal.
#31 to #1 - anon (01/06/2016) [-]
Its actually the same series, I think the content posted is in the injustice year 3 series.

Superman's dream sequence, not even an AU really.
User avatar #50 to #24 - brobyddark (01/06/2016) [-]
Injustice is an AU

It was Injustice Superman's dream

So it was an alternate universe dream.

I dount the Joker even cares who's beneath the mask.
His deal is with Batman, not Wayne.
User avatar #57 to #17 - centifolia (01/06/2016) [-]
Yeah, the movie even showed that Joker will kill anyone who dares to speak of Batman's true identity.
#27 to #17 - bolshekick (01/06/2016) [-]
they go into that in endgame, bruce confronts the joker, not as batman, and the joker just doesn't care.
User avatar #32 to #27 - stifflimb (01/06/2016) [-]
And Joker jumps down a cliff when Batman is about to say Jokers real identity
User avatar #41 to #17 - angelious (01/06/2016) [-]
actually joker has several times dreaded the idea of finding out batmans identity. he even at one point was about to find it out, but refused to do so because to him it would ruin the charm of batman. (aka he would start seeing a man behind the mask rather than batman himself)
User avatar #80 to #41 - theguywhoaskswhy (01/07/2016) [-]
Exactly, I'm sure there's much more lore on the subject, but to me personally, as I interpret the characters, Batman and Wayne are two completely separate entities.
Wayne, a mere man. Batman, an idea.
And The Jokers only ever been concerned with the idea of Batman, not the flesh behind the concept.
User avatar #81 to #80 - angelious (01/07/2016) [-]
actually to batman, wayne is his alter ego. batman is who he really is (as said in the animated verse "the voice inside my head called me bruce. thats not what i call myself") aka whenever he is in his batman uniform, we see batmans true identity. while the wayne is the front he puts up with people.

its actually that way for most superheroes..barry pretends to be clumsy and tardy in his civil persona, clark pretends to be clumsy out of shape coward and green arrow has a secret identity i think maybe not yes?

#25 to #21 - mayoroftownsville ONLINE (01/06/2016) [-]
Weird that he couldn't figure it out based on Batman's access to technology and Bruce Wayne being the famous head of a tech firm
#30 to #25 - amuzen (01/06/2016) [-]
Bruce is only one of the many millionaires in that city who would have enough money to buy those sorts of things. Plus the way that Batman fits everything into his schedule there's no reason to believe he even HAS a proper secret identity and that he didn't just use his vast intellect, morally gray ethics, and plethora of skills to acquire all his **** through less conventional ways.
User avatar #26 to #25 - sexyhimself (01/06/2016) [-]

User avatar #33 to #26 - gigaidan (01/06/2016) [-]

User avatar #34 to #33 - sexyhimself (01/06/2016) [-]
Superman's Batman used a magic date rape drug that I'm not 100% but I think he got from John Constantine to set Supes into a slumber where he would dream what he wanted to see happen.
User avatar #35 to #34 - sexyhimself (01/06/2016) [-]
There were supposed to be a comma at the beginning there.
User avatar #36 to #35 - gigaidan (01/06/2016) [-]
Is this the ark where the Joker kills a pregnant Louise Lane, Superman kills him, and the **** hits the fan when SM becomes some sort of super Hitler and Batman ain't having none of that?
User avatar #38 to #36 - sexyhimself (01/06/2016) [-]
It's not the Joker that kills Lois, he uses some advanced super gas to make Superman think Lois is Doomsday and he kills her himself, and then nukes Metropolis.
But, yeah, it's that comic.
In this dream Superman sees what he he would've like to happen instead.
What happens next is that Bruce breaks Joker's neck and then turns himself to prison and we get to see Superman's daughter grow up and other feely **** .
#61 to #38 - anon (01/06/2016) [-]
You dumb ********* . Supes dreams than batman kills the joker and turns himself in for the crime. But in reality supes killed the joker, that is why the war is happening you looneytooney doubleroony.

What the **** is this running trend of Joker antagonizing the people of Metropolis at what point did he just get bored completely of Gotham?

Where is the Double Standards here? I don't see Lex Luthor ******* with Batman
User avatar #65 to #54 - brandonsharklow (01/06/2016) [-]
Because even Lex knows that no-one should **** with Batman.
User avatar #76 to #54 - mondominiman (01/06/2016) [-]
Now I'm curious, what if Lex Luthor and Batman were to fight? I mean both are extremely rich so there has to be chance they do deals with each other, I'm guessing it wouldn't be fist to fist but screwing each other through politics
User avatar #78 to #76 - iamkagji (01/06/2016) [-]
Batman would knock the ****** out and expose all his corrupt, illegal ******** . He's the world's greatest detective, while Superman basically just punches obviously-bad people and stops there.
User avatar #79 to #76 - iamkagji (01/06/2016) [-]
Also, to clarify, I hate both of them outside Injustice. Constantine is the only DC comic worth anything

As much as supes is supposed to be a boyscout usually and a compromised asshole in this series.... He still not only regretted killing joker, his dream was of batman taking the fall for and doing the deed for him and then having a ******* bromance. Superman basically dreamed up his own fanfic of Super/Batman. Kinda dodgy if you ask me...
