Bruce is only one of the many millionaires in that city who would have enough money to buy those sorts of things. Plus the way that Batman fits everything into his schedule there's no reason to believe he even HAS a proper secret identity and that he didn't just use his vast intellect, morally gray ethics, and plethora of skills to acquire all his **** through less conventional ways.

He still not only regretted killing joker, his dream was of batman taking the fall for and doing the deed for him and then having a ******* bromance. Superman basically dreamed up his own fanfic of Super/Batman. Kinda dodgy if you ask me...
