Just like how there can be a murderer that's interesting, brings some new killing method to the whole scene and innovative, then there are copy cat killers that are less interesting because they just copy other people.

for westerns it's a little more but everyone is hiring indians , many many times i got told "we could hire 10 indians instead of you" i wish they fire me.
Quitting means i wont get the compensation money
Not to mention law here protects company and screw employees: my employer can lie and ban me from entering gulf countries (including Dubai) and even take away my compensation.
we're not wealthy so i need the money to compensate what my father missed.
