If you're already using mods, you might be able to take the effect from the world-series bat, then put it on your fists (invisible brass Knuckles?) then have it trigger 50% of the time instead of 5% (or whatever the default is)

So sometimes you'd just punch people into chunks, and sometimes you'd punch them into chunks that launch halfway across the map.
