I'm a 210lb powerlifter, and I once made a comment about how I have 'gorilla tits', because of my large pectoral region, and now one of my female friends calls me 'Captain Gritz' for short.

I'd be lying if I said it didn't make me extremely happy.

350lbs (it was a set of 5). 45lb bar, Two rubber 45s, one iron 45, one rubber 15, and of course the all important 2&1/2lb plate on each side.

ehh, i don't really max. I got like 240 on bench in january. best sets are 405x5 on dead and i guess a 310 for 5x5 on squats

I've hit 240 w/pause on the bench, I haven't maxed on deadlift in a while, but I hit 400 in competition last December, and my squat is about the same.

I'm 17, by the way.

How long have you been training?

w/pause is only way to bench. And I did sports all through highschool, but as far as focused weight training somewhere in like the 6 months to a year range. When i graduated highschool I was a runner but I let myself go, didn't do anything for a year and gained like 50 lbs. I figured I might as well put the extra weight to use so I just started lifting. I got the job at the gym before I really started working out because they needed someone who knew how to use a computer. sorry about the life story I tend to be long winded

It's all good bro. I picked up an interest in lifting around the time I was 14, but I never seriously did anything until I was about 16. Now I'm a competitive powerlifter.
