Pfft stupid entitled rich boy ***** . I'd like to see them fix the situation. Whilst it is true there's a lot of people not doing anything there's still a few who were trying atleast, Let's not forget that thing will hit you hard if you just jump in front of it. And i doubt the company will compensate.

Pfft stupid incompetent construction workers. As "entitled" as the "rich boy ***** " are, they didn't start a piece of heavy machinery then let it turn in to a hazardous situation. The incompetent construction workers did.
