I like Baird's explanation in Gears of War 3. Humans are hard wired to be afraid of things that scurry and scuttle. So maybe our late ancestors had very bad experiences with the spiders of early earth. So its a natural response.
I was in fort McCOY two years ago, having a meeting in another companies' tent. When all of a sudden my dog tags felt like they are moving in my shirt. I pull my shirt and looked down to check and see a spider crawling down my chest.
Obviously, like a soldier and a man, I freaked out and started taking my clothes off.
Got in trouble for that
PS: She doesn't mind having a spider in her mind, I wonder what else she would put there Like my cooking
You can have pie for Breakfast (quiche), Lunch (granted, a heavy lunch), Dinner, and dessert! Go ahead, eat your filthy ******* cheesecake for lunch, you pig!
And because I'm going to bed now, I'll go ahead and say no dessert choice is superior to another, except for the skill of the one who makes it. Happy baking, friend.
That area up there is really nice. My Grandparents grew up around that area so once a year during the summer time we go camping at the campground near the base.
Yeah, Such a secluded area. One of the reasons I like going up there. Also being able to meet military personnel from all over the country is pretty cool.
You get to meet an interesting variety, I had a Sgt who was dean at a university and member of Mensa, to a person who I was surprise knew how to breath. You met people who's very presence inspires you, to those who you wouldn't follow into burger king. You definitely met a bunch of life long friends aswell
