They took the time to have someone voice act names for characters such as " ****** " and "boob".
But they couldn't take the time to add "Garrett".

honestly i think theirs going to be a add on dlc just to add like 1000 names to fallout for codsworth to say.
it sounds smooth from what i know so i thinking he says each possible line with the name at least once.
