Sethward [OP](12/04/2014) [-] Ohhhhh so webm means just manual upload? I have the video, I can just dumb it down and reupload it on here. I prefer to keep all my stuff on youtube since I can track it's analytics and such. But yeah I'm always trying new ways to get my content seen on fj... I don't have many friends on here ha ha

mienkampf (12/04/2014) [-] yes well.. seeing as you're the oc maker its no problem for you to have the video, but i must insist and explain again that webm is a video format, like mp4, and uhh.... you know.... those other ones i.e. it has the .webm at the end of the file name
The advantages this "new" format gives is its integration with HTML5, but I won't get into that. The point is webm videos in FJ is that it CAN be uploaded as a file unlike other medias. And it loads faster, still maintains good quality, etc
