South Dakota Comp
Dakota is a Sioux word meaning friends or allies.

Sculptor Quezon Borglum began drilling into Mt.
Rushmore in 1927, he would die before its
completion in 1941. The sculpture is designed
so that in 30, 000 years erosion will reveal the
true nature of Borglum' s design.
The geographic center of all 50 states is the
town of Bell Fourch.
jewel Cave is the nifd longest cave in the world.
With over 170 miles recorded.
Once depleted Crazy Horse Mountain will be
the world' s largest sculpture.
The Flaming fountain is fed by an well,
its natural gas content is high enough to ignite.

thing is though, this isnt a settled matter. many paleontologists hold that triceratops and torosaurus were 2 separate genuses. i personally think they're different

The design left a layer that would allow for erosion to naturally take place over the course of 30k years. The annual work is to make sure other unnatural sources of erosion aren't taking place.

i can understand people (chipping off pieces to take home like they did with the plymouth rock) but animals seems to me like a natural part of erosion

People are animals too, everything we do is technically natural. It just depends on where you draw the line. I view unnatural as the outliers, the things that don't usually happen.
