Eminem has really gotten stale. Now, don't just thumb me down, because i'm not "trolling" or hating. I have mad love and respect for the dude. But holy hell! He's really gone to **** . His flow and style is still awesome as **** , but his lyrical content is gone. It's like, he now relies on ****** generic hip-hop beats and bragging about being the best.

Eminem was better when he was on drugs. I mean, it's awesome that he sobered up. But he totally sucks now. And Rap God was such a ****** song. Yeah, he raps fast, but rapping fast =/= good.

I didn't know Eminem was on Extreme makeover.

i don't think if i ever get rich, i would get a house this big, i mean it would take forever to clean, and how about taxes.
User avatar #96 to #88 - rocksteady (10/18/2013) [-]
Rich people do not clean their own house, or worry about taxes; they have so much money that some of it getting taken away does not affect them.

I hate to be the one to brake this to you, but being rich is actually beneficial.
User avatar #138 to #96 - dovahkiinsteve (10/18/2013) [-]
Regular people with lots o' money thinking right there
#127 to #96 - eggzatron (10/18/2013) [-]
OR you could be rich and give to the less fortunate instead of buying a house that sleeps 50
User avatar #98 to #96 - guiguito (10/18/2013) [-]
being rich is beneficial, having such a large house ins't, besides if i grow lazy as i pay people to do this kind of **** , i am bound to lose what would make me rich in first place.
User avatar #99 to #98 - rocksteady (10/18/2013) [-]
No.

but whatever makes you feel better...

User avatar #93 to #92 - mvtjets (10/18/2013) [-]
If you didnt know something was missing, then you shouldnt have bought it in the first place.

Plus you can buy kick-ass security
User avatar #95 to #93 - guiguito (10/18/2013) [-]
you want me to put huge armed black men in my house? dude, all i need is a room for my pc and somewhere to poop and cook, wtf am i supposed to do with all the other space?

He goes really hard in that song. Recovery was a good album by its self, but sub-par to his other albums' flow and cleverness. But after being off of drugs for about 4 years, he's better than he's ever been.
User avatar #101 to #100 - mitchr (10/18/2013) [-]
Hasn't a new album come out? I know only a few of his songs, namely Love the Way You Lie, Not Afraid, Stan; the most meaningful songs he has.
User avatar #102 to #101 - OsamaBinLadenz (10/18/2013) [-]
Nope, Recovery was his latest one. He did Hell: The Sequel with Royce da 5'9", though.
User avatar #103 to #102 - mitchr (10/18/2013) [-]
Ah. How is it?
If you can't tell, I listen to very little rap.
User avatar #110 to #103 - OsamaBinLadenz (10/18/2013) [-]
I actually am embarrassed to say I've not yet to listen to it.
Here's my most recommended albums by him, in order, though.
1. Encore
2. Marshall Mathers LP
3. Relapse
4. Slim Shady LP
5. Recovery
6. Infinite
7. The Eminem Show
8. Slim Shady EP
#149 to #110 - dzimo (10/18/2013) [-]
encore first? really? really , really?
User avatar #150 to #149 - OsamaBinLadenz (10/18/2013) [-]
Like I said, just based on sound. As a whole, Relapse honestly is my favorite, despite how terrible some say it is.
#151 to #150 - dzimo (10/18/2013) [-]
i find find that really disturbing in so many ways... but hell, who am i to judge right?
User avatar #152 to #151 - OsamaBinLadenz (10/18/2013) [-]
Eh, I dunno. When I made the list I think I was actually just rushing it because I was playing GTA. Relapse, Marshall Mathers LP, and a tie between the Slim Shady LP and The Eminem show are probably my top 3 (well, 4) now that I have time to think about it.
#154 to #152 - dzimo (10/18/2013) [-]
as i said who am i to judge for me it is marshall mathers on first place as a whole - i did connect to that one
User avatar #155 to #154 - OsamaBinLadenz (10/18/2013) [-]
Definitely his sickest album. I liked Relapse because it was deep, but also had funny music and music someone can bob their head It really is hard to choose a favorite for me. Sometimes I get bored and rate my music on iTunes, and I've never rated a song below a 4 nor an album below a 5. He just turned 41 yesterday, but still tears any track up. I can't wait to hear the song he's doing with Kendrick.
User avatar #112 to #110 - mitchr (10/18/2013) [-]
I'll be sure to listen to more from Encore, then. Thanks, and thumb for you, my good man.
User avatar #114 to #112 - newforomador (10/18/2013) [-]
A few more meaningful ones of his are Mockingbird, Cleanin' out my closet, and Lose Yourself. Also, if you want to listen to one of his more carefree songs, listen to Just Lose it.
User avatar #113 to #112 - OsamaBinLadenz (10/18/2013) [-]
Not a problem, man. I just have to let you know though, I like the sound more than his lyrics. If I go solely off of lyrics, then I'd actually recommend Relapse and Recovery. It depends on what you're in
User avatar #117 to #113 - mrcrazycooper (10/18/2013) [-]
Relapse for lyrics, often said to be his worst album but the wordplay and rhyme schemes on some of the songs are amazing. Recovery, although a good album, isn't the same as he used to be. Don't get me wrong, some of the songs like 'So Bad' and 25 to Life' are good, but they aren't 'standard Eminem'. The Eminem Show is pretty ******* amazing. The Marshall Mathers LP, best album he has done. You get to see Slim Shady in his full light, rapping about ********* his ex-wife etc, so dark but very good.
If you want that classic hip-hop sound, Infinite is amazing. Listen to 'Biterphobia' and 'Infinite' some old school sounding tunes.
The Marshall Mathers LP 2, the album which will be released on November 5th. Buy it. Steal it. Beat an old man with a cactus to get it, it is going to be insane. 'Rap God' is on another level. seriously.
If you're planning to look more into Eminem, look into his stuff he has done with other people, mainly his old group D12. 'Revelations' ' **** can Happen' and 'Fight Music' are just a few great songs that D12 produced.
His old freestyles are amazing, and its only when you analyse and look more in depth to his rhymes, do you realize how amazing he is

You. I like you. Your points, they're very agreeable.

you can say the opposite for vanilla ice since he went Amish apparently
User avatar #75 - ZakisBak (10/18/2013) [-]
Can you believe he turned 41 yesterday?

Neither could I
#69 - joshlol (10/18/2013) [-]
I can't wait to hear his next rap about how much he hates the ghetto life.

Just kidding, I'm a big fan of Eminem's music.
#72 to #69 - delivering (10/18/2013) [-]
He still repeats himself a lot.
Tons of songs about how he's gonna fix his life now, and be a better father.
Then, tons of song about how his Mother and ex-wife are bitches and horrible persons, and whatnot.
I still like him, but I'm kinda getting tired of that **** .
#64 - pacs (10/18/2013) [-]
while i would find it interesting to get a look at it i realy would never want to live in such a big house
i can barley keep my little apartment clean
i would be scared as **** in such a big ass house being empty ....

but i have to admit it looks cool
User avatar #63 - whistleandrun (10/18/2013) [-]
Why do rappers/basketball players etc. all live in identical-looking houses? Don't they have individual senses of taste?
