ok, I had to look up nearly everyting in this post.

Team Four Star is a company/group that makes, among other things, a parody of the Japanese cartoon "Dragonball Z".

I'm guessing "NAAIIIIILLLL" is a reference to one of their episodes.

"DM" is not "Dugeon Master", but, rather, "Direct Message" (twatter's version of private message)

Krillian is a baby-looking kid in Dragonball Z, so I'm guessing that has something to do with the "under 18" deal.

And Brazzers is a porn group/production company.
