VII: The Force Awakens
IV: A New Hope
V: Empire Strikes Back
I: Phantom Menace
II: Attack of the Clones
III: Revenge of the Sith
VI: Return of the Jedi
This way, you start with the newest, which will easily get you into the world, then you'll go into the the originals, to the prequels, and finally ending with the last original. Though, you could easily skip Phantom Menace (it's really not that important, at least to me) or you could leave Force Awakens for last instead. But to me, Star Wars is really enjoyable and people have different opinions about how to watch it, so it's up to you. Though I hate watching them in numerical order... I through III can be a snore fest.

Machete Order. It's the best order to watch them. 4,5,2,3,6 (and 7 last). It skips The Phantom Menace because no one cares about it and it isn't that relevant to the overall storyline.
